Dependent high school seniors of employees of AriensCo employed for at least one year at any AriensCo location OR graduating high school seniors from a public or private high school from the following counties: Brown County, Calumet County, Manitowoc County and Outagamie County. Planning to attend a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school as a full-time student. Demonstrated high academic performance, leadership, and participation in high school and community activities, work experience. Significant improvement in high school attendance and/or GPA. Demonstrated motivation to succeed.

Graduating high school seniors planning to attend a post high school educational institution as a full-time student (minimum 12 credits); BetterLife f/k/a Western Fraternal Life member in good standing that became a member of WFLA WI/Upper MI lodge up to 12/31/2020 or became a member of BetterLife member group in WI/Upper MI after 1/1/2021; Academic achievement; Participation in extracurricular and community activities; Preference will be given to those that have participated in BetterLife/WFLA activities; Financial need will be considered.

Graduating seniors from a Manitowoc County High School: Kiel High School, Manitowoc Lincoln High School, Manitowoc Lutheran High School, Mishicot High School, Reedsville High School, Roncalli High School, Two Rivers High School, Valders High School; Planning to attend a college, university, or technical college in Wisconsin as a full-time student; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Demonstrated academic achievement, work ethic, and participation in extracurricular activities; Preference will be given to those majoring in the engineering sciences; In case of a “tie-breaker” among equally qualified applicants, preference may be given to children of Eck Industries employees.

Dependent children or stepchildren of employees who have worked at Faith Technologies, Inc. for at least one year; Graduating high school seniors who are planning on attending an accredited technical college or 2- or 4-year university or college as a full-time student; Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale; Involvement in extracurricular activities; Demonstrated leadership qualities and potential, active in volunteerism and/or employment; Preference may be given to relatives of employees who have been named as honorees.

Enrolled college students OR graduating high school seniors; Planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university or technical college as a full-time or part-time student; Candidates must be children or grandchildren of IASM member companies, employees of IASM member companies, and employee’s children; Students may re-apply each year they are eligible.

Graduating high school seniors and continuing college students who will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh as a full-time student who are planning on majoring in music, with a preference to students majoring in piano. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered

Dependent children and stepchildren of non-executive associates employed at Jewelers Mutual for at least one year, as of April 1. Attending or plans to attend an accredited technical college, college, or university as a full-time student; minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or employment; leadership qualities. Students who have previously applied and did NOT receive a scholarship may re-apply each year of their undergraduate schooling. Graduate students and past recipients are INELIGIBLE to apply.

Graduating seniors from the following schools: Kiel High School, Manitowoc Lincoln High School, Manitowoc Lutheran High School, Mishicot High School, Reedsville High School, Roncalli High School, Sturgeon Bay High School, Two Rivers High School, Valders High School; Planning to major in music at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical college as a full-time student; Involvement in musical activities with a preference to choir.

Graduating seniors from the following schools in Manitowoc County: Kiel High School, Manitowoc Lincoln High School, Manitowoc Lutheran High School, Mishicot High School, Reedsville High School, Roncalli High School, Two Rivers High School, Valders High School; Planning to pursue a career in electronics, electrical engineering, or related engineering field at an accredited 2-year technical college or 4-year college or university as a part-time or full-time student; Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA; Financial need will be considered.

Graduating high school seniors who are dependent children and stepchildren of associates employed at Rockline Industries, for at least one year from the date the application closes (may vary). Applicants must be planning to attend an accredited 4-year college or university or a 2-year technical college as a full-time student. Also eligible are Rockline Industries associate’s dependent that has graduated high school, entered the military and upon return would be planning to attend an accredited four-year college or university or a two-year technical college. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) for college or 2.5 GPA for technical college. Involvement in extracurricular activities, community service, work experience/history, application essay. Financial need will be considered.

Dependent children of SECURA’s non-officer associates: Graduating high school seniors or high school juniors applying to college on early admission status. Planning to pursue an associate’s or undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university as a full-time student. Participation in extracurricular activities, including volunteering, and/or part-time employment outside of school.
