Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Valley area and planning to attend a UW institution as a part-time or full-time student. Majoring in health science related fields such as nursing, pre-med, pre-dental, occupational therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy, physician’s assistant, etc. Financial need will be considered.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Valley area and will be attending a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as full-time student. High school seniors must have maintained a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA. Continuing college students must have maintained a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Pursuing any major. Demonstrated community and school leadership qualities.

Graduating seniors of the following public high schools: Appleton East High School, Appleton North High School, Appleton West High School, Neenah High School, Menasha High School; Planning to attend a school within the University of Wisconsin System or a Technical College within Wisconsin as a full-time student; Cumulative GPA between 2.5 and 3.25; Demonstrated motivation and focus on career path and goals; Financial need will be considered.

Enrolled college students OR graduating high school seniors; Planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university or technical college as a full-time or part-time student; Candidates must be children or grandchildren of IASM member companies, employees of IASM member companies, and employee’s children; Students may re-apply each year they are eligible.

Single mothers from the Fox Valley area who are planning to attend to a UW institution as a part-time or full-time student. Financial need will be considered.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students who are from the Fox Valley area and will be attending a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as a full-time student. Fox Valley is defined as the Community Foundation’s service area: Calumet, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca and Winnebago Counties. Pursuing any major. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Cities and are planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as a part-time or full-time student. Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Demonstrates community involvement.

Graduating high school seniors and continuing college students who will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh as a full-time student who are planning on majoring in music, with a preference to students majoring in piano. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered

Dependent children and stepchildren of non-executive associates employed at Jewelers Mutual for at least one year, as of April 1. Attending or plans to attend an accredited technical college, college, or university as a full-time student; minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or employment; leadership qualities. Students who have previously applied and did NOT receive a scholarship may re-apply each year of their undergraduate schooling. Graduate students and past recipients are INELIGIBLE to apply.

Childhood cancer patients/survivors who are graduating or have graduated from a public or private high school in one of the following school districts: Appleton School District, Freedom School District, Hortonville School District, Kaukauna School District, Kimberly School District, Little Chute School District, Menasha School District, Neenah School District, Students homeschooled in one of the districts listed above; Planning to attend, or continuing their education at an accredited college, university or technical college as a full-time or part-time student; Commitment to academic and educational goal; Financial need will be considered; Students are encouraged to apply each year they are eligible.

Graduating seniors from the following high schools: Neenah High School, Oshkosh North High School; Planning to attend an accredited 4-year college or university; Pursuing a degree in nursing; Applicants must be in the upper one-third of their graduating class; Motivation to succeed; Financial need will be considered.
