Graduating high school seniors who reside in the Fox Cities and are planning to attend a 4-year UW institution as a full-time student. Majoring in nursing. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Involvement in school and community activities. Preference may be given to students who have volunteered or worked at a medical facility. Financial need will be considered.

High school seniors residing in one of the following counties: Calumet, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca, Winnebago; Children of veterans or children of active United States military service members, who will graduate from a public or private high school; Planning to pursue secondary education at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school as a full-time or part-time student; Financial need will be considered.

Graduating seniors from a public high school in Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Kimberly, and Kaukauna; Has a physical disability; Is planning to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited college, university, or technical college as a full-time student.

Graduating seniors from Kimberly High School; Planning to attend an accredited college or university and major in nursing; Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Valley area and will be attending a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as full-time student. High school seniors must have maintained a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA. Continuing college students must have maintained a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Pursuing any major. Demonstrated community and school leadership qualities.

Graduating seniors of an Outagamie County, WI high school; Planning to attend an accredited Wisconsin college or university; Planning to pursue a health care field of study; Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA; Financial need will be considered; Applicants who are related to Emma Jacquot or to members of the Infant Welfare Circle of Appleton are ineligible to apply.

Enrolled college students OR graduating high school seniors; Planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university or technical college as a full-time or part-time student; Candidates must be children or grandchildren of IASM member companies, employees of IASM member companies, and employee’s children; Students may re-apply each year they are eligible.

Single mothers from the Fox Valley area who are planning to attend to a UW institution as a part-time or full-time student. Financial need will be considered.

Graduating seniors from Kimberly High School; Planning to attend an accredited 4-year college or university as a full-time student; Minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA; Participation in the girls’ or boys’ varsity basketball team and school-sponsored extra-curricular activities; Demonstrates the following: cooperative spirit, positive role-model behavior, strong work ethic, teamwork and coachability, faith-based values, and volunteerism.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Cities and are planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as a part-time or full-time student. Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Demonstrates community involvement.

Graduating high school seniors and continuing college students who will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh as a full-time student who are planning on majoring in music, with a preference to students majoring in piano. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered
