Dependent high school seniors of employees of AriensCo employed for at least one year at any AriensCo location OR graduating high school seniors from a public or private high school from the following counties: Brown County, Calumet County, Manitowoc County and Outagamie County. Planning to attend a 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school as a full-time student. Demonstrated high academic performance, leadership, and participation in high school and community activities, work experience. Significant improvement in high school attendance and/or GPA. Demonstrated motivation to succeed.

Graduating high school seniors planning to attend a post high school educational institution as a full-time student (minimum 12 credits); BetterLife f/k/a Western Fraternal Life member in good standing that became a member of WFLA WI/Upper MI lodge up to 12/31/2020 or became a member of BetterLife member group in WI/Upper MI after 1/1/2021; Academic achievement; Participation in extracurricular and community activities; Preference will be given to those that have participated in BetterLife/WFLA activities; Financial need will be considered.

Graduating seniors from the following high schools: Appleton Area School District High Schools, Kaukauna High School, Kimberly High School, Little Chute High School, Menasha High School, Neenah High School; Plan to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school as a full-time student; Participated in track for a minimum of 2 years; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Demonstrates the following: enthusiasm for life, high regard for teammates, kindness, integrity and leadership.

Graduating seniors from Kaukauna High School; Planning to attend a Wisconsin Technical College or a Wisconsin accredited college or university as a full-time student; Cumulative GPA between 2.5 and 3.2; Preference to students whose grades improved significantly through their high school career; Financial need will be considered.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Valley area who will be attending a 2-year or 4-year UW institution with a minimum of 9 credits per semester. Pursuing a degree in business, economics, or accounting. Must have a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA. Financial need will be considered.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Valley area and will be attending a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as a full-time student. Graduating high school seniors must have a minimum cumulative 3.25 GPA. Continuing college students must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students pursuing a major in History. Preference will be given to students who plan to or are attending UW-Oshkosh.

Graduating seniors of Kaukauna High School; Preference will be given to students planning to enter the nursing profession. If no nursing candidate is available, the selection committee may select a recipient entering another field of study.

Graduating seniors from Kaukauna and Kimberly High Schools; Planning to attend an accredited college/university or technical college as a full-time student; Preference will be given to students who demonstrate genuine service to their communities (big or small) and who go above and beyond required volunteer hours.
