Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students who are from the Fox Valley area and will be attending a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as a full-time student. Fox Valley is defined as the Community Foundation’s service area: Calumet, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca and Winnebago Counties. Pursuing any major. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Cities and are planning to attend a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as a part-time or full-time student. Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Demonstrates community involvement.

Graduating high school seniors and continuing college students who will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh as a full-time student who are planning on majoring in music, with a preference to students majoring in piano. Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered

Nomination by the student’s Appleton East High School advisor; This award is to benefit a student that may not otherwise be able to discover their educational dreams and focuses on the individual’s respective life circumstances that may have challenged them disproportionately during their 4 years at Appleton East High School; Must be planning to attend Fox Valley Technical College as a full-time student, planning to study in a program obtaining an associate degree. No specific GPA requirement, however, the student advisor must sincerely believe that the nominee will be able to maintain good academic standing while attending Fox Valley Technical College.

Graduating seniors from Appleton East, North and West High Schools; Planning to pursue a major in engineering as a full-time student, with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Exemplify character traits that Jerome exhibited; Financial need will be considered.

Dependent children and stepchildren of non-executive associates employed at Jewelers Mutual for at least one year, as of April 1. Attending or plans to attend an accredited technical college, college, or university as a full-time student; minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or employment; leadership qualities. Students who have previously applied and did NOT receive a scholarship may re-apply each year of their undergraduate schooling. Graduate students and past recipients are INELIGIBLE to apply.

Graduating seniors who attend one of the following Appleton high schools: Appleton East, Appleton North, Appleton West, Fox Valley Lutheran, or St. Francis Xavier; Planning to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university or a technical college as a full-time student; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, with preference given to students with cumulative GPA of 3.7 or higher; Extracurricular activities, community involvement and work history; Financial need will be considered.

Graduating seniors from the following: Appleton East High School, Appleton North High School, Appleton West High School, Fox Valley Lutheran High School, St. Francis Xavier High School; Planning to attend a college, university, or technical school as a full-time student; Maintained good academic standing; Participated in their high school’s varsity golf team; Demonstrated enthusiasm for golf, intent to continue to play the game competitively or recreationally, high regard for teammates and high degree of integrity.

Childhood cancer patients/survivors who are graduating or have graduated from a public or private high school in one of the following school districts: Appleton School District, Freedom School District, Hortonville School District, Kaukauna School District, Kimberly School District, Little Chute School District, Menasha School District, Neenah School District, Students homeschooled in one of the districts listed above; Planning to attend, or continuing their education at an accredited college, university or technical college as a full-time or part-time student; Commitment to academic and educational goal; Financial need will be considered; Students are encouraged to apply each year they are eligible.

Graduating seniors from a public or private high school in Appleton and Neenah High School; Planning to attend a 4-year college or university in Wisconsin as a full-time student; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Academic achievement, school and community involvement; Financial need will be considered.

Graduating seniors from an Appleton public or private high school and Neenah High School; Sufficient GPA and number of credits to graduate from their high school and to be accepted into the college of their choice; Planning to attend an accredited vocational school, technical school, or 2- or 4-year college or university as a full-time student.

Graduating seniors from the following Appleton high schools: Appleton East High School, Appleton North High School, Appleton West High School, Fox Valley Lutheran High School, St. Francis Xavier High School; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Planning to pursue a post-secondary degree at a 2- or 4-year accredited college or university or technical college as a full-time student; Academics, participation in school and/or community activities and work experience.
