Graduating seniors from Waupaca High School; Planning to attend an accredited college, university, or technical college, with preference given to students pursuing a degree related to music, physical therapy, or veterinary science; Demonstrated academic achievement; Involvement in extracurricular and community activities; Conscientious and hardworking, with potential to be successful in a college, university, or technical college setting; Financial need will be considered.
