Shows “promise” by exhibiting a desire to learn more and always tries to do their best. Respects and respected by friends, classmates, and teachers. Financial need will be considered.

Widows/widowers who are too young to receive Social Security assistance; Planning to attend an accredited college, university, or technical school as a part-time or full-time student; Receiving Social Security benefits for dependent children shall not disqualify an applicant; Preference may be given to applicants from the Shawano area.
