Hello! My name is Vijay Hira, and I am excited to join the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region, where I will support the Finance and Operations Department, including the Foundation’s facilities related matters. Before joining the team, I worked at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where I provided a wide range of administrative support to both faculty and students in the engineering department. This experience honed my organizational skills and deepened my passion for making a meaningful impact. 

Outside of work, I enjoy vintage treasures; thus, I occasionally spend time at estate sales, thrift stores, and rummage sales, always on the lookout for unique finds. I also love biking and exploring new trails, and I’m always planning my next adventure. Traveling is another passion of mine, and I look forward to exploring more destinations as time allows. 

I am thrilled to be part of the Foundation and eager to contribute to its mission of positively impacting the community. I’m excited for the opportunities ahead and the chance to work alongside such a dedicated team!
