The Waupaca Area Community Foundation remains steadfast in our mission to preserve and improve the quality of life for the people of the greater Waupaca area.

In a year unlike any other in our 19-year history, we continued our abiding commitment to the well-being of everyone in the community we serve, and we are thankful for the role many of you have played in helping us fulfill our mission.

While the nonprofits that serve our community were strained by increasing costs and, in many cases, loss of revenues, our donors were extraordinarily active and generous.

Valley Packaging offers skills training to individuals with disadvantages or have disabilities.

It was from that generosity and desire to help those most vulnerable among us that the Waupaca Area Community Foundation was able to grant $97,716 in 2021. When the needs were greatest, our benefactors were at their best, seizing the opportunity to make a difference.

As we entered 2022, we have already begun to plan our annual Gala, which is the Waupaca Area Community Foundation’s primary fundraiser. More details on the event will follow, but we encourage you to mark the evening of June 10 on your calendar now – you will not want to miss it!
