Generous donors help foundation impact the Chilton community
The Chilton Area Community Foundation Fund awarded LEAVEN a $5,000 grant to help our Chilton neighbors who are most in-need during these difficult times. Funds like this have helped LEAVEN provide uninterrupted service.

Greetings from the Chilton Area Community Foundation! Our mission is to preserve and improve the quality of life for people of the greater Chilton area.
Your support has been critical to the existence of many programs that serve our neighbors and communities. Together we all truly impact the lives of many individuals and our community.
Many of us know individuals and families whose physical or emotional health has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Some people in our area have had their financial well-being upended by the loss of a job or other financial challenges during this unprecedented time. The Chilton Area Community Foundation (CACF) grant guidelines have traditionally accepted applications for projects and programs in the areas of art and culture, community development, education, environment, and health and human services.
This year a COVID-19 Community Response Fund, established by the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region and United Way Fox Cities, has provided assistance to residents of the Chilton area through organizations such as New Hope Center, St. Vincent de Paul Pantry and Calumet County Salvation Army. Our obligation to our community continues.
We have a new digital version of our annual 2020 Report to the Community! You can flip through the pages and read stories of how we impact our community thanks to our generous donors, or download and print a PDF version.
The assistance the Chilton Area Community Foundation makes to organizations is possible only through your support and generosity. It is with a grateful heart that we offer a sincere thank you for your participation. Your support allows the Foundation to continue our mission to preserve and improve the quality of life for the people of the greater Chilton area.
