There’s still time to take the Regional Nonprofit Compensation and Benefits Survey. Nonprofits can participate in a northeast Wisconsin survey supported by the Community Foundation and other partners to give nonprofits access to free regional compensation and benefits data specific to nonprofits. The survey ends today.

The survey gives nonprofit leaders one more gauge on their dashboard and aims to equip executive directors, CEOs and boards to build compensation structures and benefits packages to support staff retention. The effort is coordinated by InterSector, a nonprofit capacity-building initiative launched by the J. J. Keller Foundation in November 2018.

Participants will receive in early 2020 collective, anonymous results for free in two formats: (1) a PDF executive summary and (2) an online interactive visualization you can filter by organization budget, nonprofit subsector and county (Brown, Calumet, Door, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Oconto, Outagamie, Portage, Shawano, Waupaca, Waushara, northern Winnebago and southern Winnebago).
