As the Waupaca Area Community Foundation continues to grow, it is heartwarming to realize the impact your generous support has had on a great many individuals in the area. Although the grants distributed go to nonprofit organizations, individuals and families ultimately receive the benefits from your donations.

That impact doesn’t end with the recipient. When a life is changed because one person is affected, it can influence the family, the workplace, social networks and more. Whether Waupaca Area Community Foundation funds are directed to community projects, arts programs, rehabilitation or any of the beneficiaries, the ultimate impact in the community is far reaching.

Looking ahead, we are especially excited about our selection of Rock the Block, a Habitat for Humanity program, as one of our recipients for the upcoming year. Friends, family and community members will circle a neighborhood, coming together and lifting it up through park clean ups, exterior home repairs, landscaping, painting and more. This provides an opportunity for people to volunteer and make an impact, right here in our local community.

We encourage you to consider volunteering. Participation is a great reminder that service to humanity is the best work of life.
