It’s never been more important for boards and staff to work together effectively to solicit financial support for your organization. Chuck V. Loring, MBA, CFRE, of Loring, Sternberg & Associates, will discuss board recruitment, structure, operations and culture. The second part of the workshop focuses on how to involve board members in effective fundraising and their role in supporting your bequest and planned giving program.

Nonprofit staff members should be accompanied by at least two or three board members, but having more will make the session even more successful.
