New staff help donors share
We have welcomed two new members to the Community Foundation staff.
Heidi Dusek joins the staff as a community engagement manager. She will administer grant programs including capacity building grants for improving the effectiveness of nonprofits and arts and culture grants. She also will work with the Foundation’s affiliates in Chilton, Clintonville, Shawano and Waupaca. She joins the staff after several positions in K-12 and community education, most recently in youth development with the University of Wisconsin-Extension, Outagamie County.
Annamarie Engelhard was hired as a donor services manager, working with people who have established charitable funds within the Foundation to achieve their charitable goals. She joins the Foundation after 10 years with the Twin City Catholic Educational System as director of advancement, working in donor relations, marketing, communications and recruiting. She was instrumental in TCCES’s successful $4.7 million capital campaign to fund its Fine Arts Education Center.
“Both Heidi and Ann bring valuable experience and considerable talent to the Community Foundation staff,” President/CEO Curt Detjen said. “We are lucky to have them join us in serving donors and the growing philanthropy in the region.”
