Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students having a scholastic record with a minimum 2.8 GPA; Pursuing the study of horticulture, floriculture, landscape design/architecture, botany, forestry, agronomy, plant pathology, environmental studies, water science studies, city planning, land management or other related studies; Part or full-time student at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school located within the State of Wisconsin ; Applicants should be Wisconsin residents and attend a Wisconsin school; 50% based on academic record; 25% based on character; 25% based on occupational objective.
