A great year of giving
We saw an incredible year for charitable giving in the Fox Valley region, as highlighted in our 2014 Report to the Community for the year ending June 30, 2014.
Grants awarded: a record $15.9 million granted to nearly 900 nonprofits.
Contributions: second-most in our 28-year history with more than $31 million given by 1,900 generous individuals, families, businesses and organizations.
Assets as of June 30: $290 million, a 27% increase, year over year.
This record high is good news not only for this year, but it means the endowments that make up that total will be invested to help meet our community’s opportunities and needs for generations to come.
But these are just numbers. We measure the real value by the good those assets and contributions will produce in assuring a high quality of life in our region.
None of this would happen without the support of people who express their trust in us to make their giving the most efficient and effective it can be, today and for the future.
Join us on this journey of making a lasting difference in our community. Give thoughtful consideration to the charitable legacy you want to leave. We can help. The best is yet to come.
