Graduating seniors of an Outagamie County, WI high school; Planning to attend an accredited Wisconsin college or university; Planning to pursue a health care field of study; Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA; Financial need will be considered; Applicants who are related to Emma Jacquot or to members of the Infant Welfare Circle of Appleton are ineligible to apply.
