Graduating seniors of Appleton public and private high schools planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-college, university, or technical college as a part-time or full-time student; Pursuing a career in medicine or medical research (medicine would include physician, surgeon, etc. but would not include a career in nursing); Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Focus on career path and goals; Participation in community and volunteer activities; Financial need will be considered.
