Graduating high school seniors from Appleton West High School who are planning to pursue post-secondary education at an accredited technical college, apprenticeship in trades and/or 2-year or 4-year college/university; Preference for students planning to study law, law enforcement, or firefighting field of study; Minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA; strong desire to succeed despite having challenges in learning ; Demonstrated character; honest, helpful and caring .
