Graduating seniors from Hortonville High School, who have attended Hortonville HS for at least three consecutive semesters, including the first semester of their senior year; Ranking in the top 10% of their graduating class as of the end of the first semester of their senior year; More than 100 service hours as documented by the school’s Service-Learning Coordinator; Participation in a variety of extracurricular activities as verified by activity advisors; Plan to attend an accredited college or university as a full-time student.
