Graduating seniors from Waupaca High School; Planning to pursue a career in the healthcare field and attend a 2- or 4-year accredited college/university or a technical school; Academic achievement; Minimum 2.5 GPA; Active in extra-curricular activities including, but not limited to school or club sports, community volunteerism, church, clubs, organizations, and/or work history.
