Qualifications: Graduating high school seniors planning to attend a post high school educational institution as a full-time student (minimum 12 credits); BetterLife f/k/a Western Fraternal Life member in good standing that became a member of WFLA WI/Upper MI lodge up to 12/31/2020 or became a member of BetterLife member group in WI/Upper MI after 1/1/2021; Academic achievement; Participation in extracurricular and community activities; Preference will be given to those that have participated in BetterLife/WFLA activities; Financial need will be considered.

Bill Kuehmsted Memorial Scholarship

Criteria and Award Amount: Click here
Qualifications: Graduating male seniors at Appleton East High School planning to attend an accredited college or university as a full-time student; Demonstrated above average grades, active in extracurricular activities and participation in at least one varsity sport, ability to get along well with faculty members and students and a genuine interest in school activities.

Bob and Cheri Suttner Scholarship (within the Clintonville Area Foundation)

Criteria and Award Amount: Click here
Qualifications: Any resident, regardless of age, from following school districts: Clintonville, Manawa, Marion, and New London; Pursuing an electrical trade education; Attending any technical college, such as, but not limited to: Chippewa Valley Technical College, Fox Valley Technical College, Moraine Park Technical College, or Northeast Wisconsin Technical College; Preference will be given to those who plan to become a power line technician through a certificate program. (High school seniors are also eligible for this scholarship award.)

Qualifications: Graduating seniors from the following high schools: Appleton Area School District High Schools, Kaukauna High School, Kimberly High School, Little Chute High School, Menasha High School, Neenah High School; Plan to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school as a full-time student; Participated in track for a minimum of 2 years; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Demonstrates the following: enthusiasm for life, high regard for teammates, kindness, integrity and leadership.
