Janice Zuege Education Scholarship

Criteria and Award Amount: Click here
Qualifications: Graduating seniors from Hortonville High School pursuing a degree in Education or in educational related field (including but not limited to school psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech and Language, or other educationally related service); Demonstrated intentions to work in a school setting; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Participated in extra-curricular, volunteer, and community involvement, with an emphasis on teaching or working with children (ex. tutoring, Sunday school teacher, YMCA summer camp counselor, coach, activity director, etc.); Interested applicants will include an essay on their application, “Why is an educational related field the profession of choice for you?”

Jeff and Michelle Moehn Scholarship (within the Chilton Area Community Foundation)

Qualifications: Graduating seniors from Chilton High School; Planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school as a full-time or part-time student; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Participation in at least two extra-curricular activities; Participation in community service activities and/or church activities; Demonstrating the following: friendliness, willingness to help others, success in obtaining goals without compromising values and beliefs; Special consideration may be given to a student who does kind things for others but does not seek attention or expect anything in return, or to a student whose life was touched by cancer.

Qualifications: Dependent children and stepchildren of non-executive associates employed at Jewelers Mutual for at least one year, as of April 1. Attending or plans to attend an accredited technical college, college, or university as a full-time student; minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Involvement in extracurricular activities and/or employment; leadership qualities. Students and previous recipients may re-apply each year of their undergraduate schooling; graduate students are INELIGIBLE to apply.
