Isabelle Rowe Nursing Scholarship (within the Waupaca Area Community Foundation)

Criteria and Award Amount: Click here
Qualifications: Non-traditional students (age 21 or older) from the Fox Valley and Waupaca areas; Planning to attend or is attending an accredited college, university, or technical school to pursue a degree in nursing as a part-time student (minimum 6 credits) or full-time student (minimum of 12 credits); Academic achievement, minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA; Work experience in a healthcare-related field; Financial need will be considered. Students may re-apply each year they are eligible.

Qualifications: Graduating seniors from Kimberly High School; Planning to attend an accredited 4-year college or university as a full-time student; Minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA; Participation in the girls’ or boys’ varsity basketball team and school-sponsored extra-curricular activities; Demonstrates the following: cooperative spirit, positive role-model behavior, strong work ethic, teamwork and coachability, faith-based values, and volunteerism.

Qualifications: Graduating high school seniors and continuing college students who will be attending the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh as a full-time student who are planning on majoring in music, with a preference to students majoring in piano. Qualifications: Sophomore or junior college students entering their junior or senior year at St. Norbert College; Graduated from a high school in the Fox Cities (Appleton, Hortonville, Kaukauna, Kimberly, Little Chute, Menasha, Neenah); Pursuing a degree at St. Norbert College; Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA for the first 2 years of college; Demonstrated learning outside the classroom, such as participation in activities, career development, and/or involvement in community service/service to others; Demonstrated ability to succeed against all odds, leadership skills of steady determination, and unwavering commitment in the pursuit of excellence; Students may apply each year they are eligible.

Qualifications: Graduating seniors from Bonduel High School planning to attend an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university as a full-time student pursuing an engineering program or planning to attend an accredited 2-year technical college pursuing a skilled trade career (Carpentry, Electrician, Welder, Mason, etc.); Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA; Participated in a Bonduel High School Technical Education course or are an active member of SkillsUSA; Demonstrates the following: motivated and well-rounded student who is active in school and community activities, potential to succeed in becoming a productive member of today’s workforce.

Jamie Muoio Memorial Scholarship

Criteria and Award Amount: Click here
Qualifications: Nomination by the student’s Appleton East High School advisor; This award is to benefit a student that may not otherwise be able to discover their educational dreams and focuses on the individual’s respective life circumstances that may have challenged them disproportionately during their 4 years at Appleton East High School; Must be planning to attend Fox Valley Technical College as a full-time student, planning to study in a program obtaining an associate degree. No specific GPA requirement, however, the student advisor must sincerely believe that the nominee will be able to maintain good academic standing while attending Fox Valley Technical College.
