Hello! I’m Cassidy Mickelson, and I recently joined the Community Foundation as a Donor Services Manager.

In this role, I work with donors to thoughtfully shape their philanthropy – connecting their interests and values with community needs and supporting giving that creates lasting impact. I’m excited to partner with donors as they pursue their charitable goals and contribute to the community I call home.

Before joining the Community Foundation, I worked in a variety of mission-driven roles across the nonprofit, consulting, local government, and museum sectors, including fundraising, community outreach, and event planning. As a St. Norbert alum who also spent several years in community enrichment at the City of Kaukauna, I’m grateful that my career has brought me back to the Fox Valley and the opportunity to continue serving this region.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, reading, and traveling, and I love spending time with my partner and our dog, Benji, whether that’s finding new walking paths, weekend getaways, or hidden gems close to home.
