Here Are The Answers You're Looking For!

I already had an account in the old Grant Portal. Do I have to re-register?

You do not have to re-register for the new Grant Portal. A new user account was set up for you. You should have received an email from the staff member you work with on your reviews with information about your user login and how to access it.

I am seeing the terms "Reviewer" and "Evaluator/Evaluation." Which refers to me and my work?

Both terms apply. The Community Foundation has traditionally used the term “Reviewers,” and the new Grant Portal also uses Reviewers (and the work they do) interchangeably with “Evaluators/Evaluations.”

I am not receiving emails from the Grant Portal system.

Have you checked your Spam/Junk folder? To ensure that emails sent from the Grant Portal do not go to your Spam, you may want to add Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region <administrator@grantinterface.com> to your safe sender list.

What do I do if I have problems with, or questions about, the new Grant Portal?

First, please check our Reviewer Grant Portal Tutorial. If you are not able to resolve the issues with the help of the tutorials provided, please send an email to grants@cffoxvalley.org with questions or concerns and we will ensure the appropriate person from our staff or software support team assists you.

How can I view responses from other Reviewers on my evaluation?

If your committee is set up so that reviewer responses are shared, you can double click on any of the circled sections to show the responses from other reviewers.
