Students currently enrolled at Fox Valley Technical College; Pursuing a degree in business; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Participation in extra-curricular activities; Participation in community service and volunteering.

Any resident, regardless of age, from following school districts: Clintonville, Manawa, Marion, and New London; Pursuing an electrical trade education; Attending any technical college, such as, but not limited to: Chippewa Valley Technical College, Fox Valley Technical College, Moraine Park Technical College, or Northeast Wisconsin Technical College; Preference will be given to those who plan to become a power line technician through a certificate program. (High school seniors are also eligible for this scholarship award.)

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Valley area who will be attending a 2-year or 4-year UW institution with a minimum of 9 credits per semester. Pursuing a degree in business, economics, or accounting. Must have a minimum cumulative 2.75 GPA. Financial need will be considered.

Fox Valley Technical College students who are enrolled in their second year of a Nursing Associate Degree; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Financial need will be considered.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Valley area and will be attending a 2-year or 4-year UW institution as a full-time student. Graduating high school seniors must have a minimum cumulative 3.25 GPA. Continuing college students must have a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students pursuing a major in History. Preference will be given to students who plan to or are attending UW-Oshkosh.

Individuals residing in the Marion or Clintonville School Districts; Planning to attend an accredited 2-year technical college as a part-time or full-time student; Planning to or pursuing a degree in welding or machining; Preference given to students who participated in Youth Apprenticeship Program and/or employment in a related industry; Financial need will be considered. (High school seniors are also eligible for this scholarship award.)

Scholarship is available to previous Dean D. Proper Athletic Scholarship recipients for continuing education beyond the first year of college; Students are informed of the availability of the scholarship when they receive the original scholarship and should apply through Bonduel High School.

Sophomore or junior college students entering their junior or senior year at St. Norbert College as a full-time student; Participating in the Nursing Partnership Program through St. Norbert College and Bellin College; Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA for the first 2 years of college; Demonstrated learning outside the classroom, such as participation in activities, career development, and/or involvement in community service/service to others; Overcoming obstacles and challenges in the face of adversity with a demonstrated determination to face forward and succeed; Students may apply each year they are eligible.

Graduating high school seniors, continuing college or non-traditional students from the Fox Valley area and are planning to attend a UW institution as a part-time or full-time student. Majoring in environmental or earth sciences. Minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA. Preference will be given to continuing or non-traditional students and veterans.

Second year students at Fox Valley Technical College enrolled in an Associate Degree Technical Nursing Program; Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA; Financial need will be considered.

Graduates of a high school in Fox Valley, Wisconsin who have been accepted into Marquette University’s School of Dentistry as a full-time student; Financial need will be considered; Preference will be given to graduates of Fox Valley Lutheran High School, in Appleton; Students can reapply each year they are eligible.

Graduating high school seniors or continuing college students from the Fox Valley area who are planning to attend a UW institution as a full-time student. Majoring in Arts or Theatre. Minimum cumulative 2.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered.
